I wish your FAQ “Which payment methods are supported” had mentioned that Zelle only worked with certain banks. The way it’s listed it looks like it’s saying Zelle works unconditionally. I’ve spent time installing my bank’s mobile app, and enrolling with Zelle, and installing Bisq, for no reason. (at least until I open an account with one of the known good banks)
