Judging by the merge/pull requests on github - it seems like coins are never (recently) listed?
Was making a pull request a waste of time?
The listing of coins can only occur when there is a new release.
So, at least you’ll have to wait for next release, and hope that the person in charge have the time to do it.

Sure waste of time is making pull request without helping to initiate trades afterwards.
We see plenty of altcoins which have even no sell offer. Seriously, what the matter about being listed when afterwards there is even no sell offers ?
