As Homrad, said, thanks for the report, it can be quite helpful to keep spam away and in future you can simply flag posts that look suspicious.
This is keo, he is an arbitrator. In some very rare cases, when bugs are very severe and there is no other way, arbitrator has to do a payout manually and needs to do it on behalf of the user. This is when using users private key is most effective, but hopefully devs will find a way to fix this in the future.
