# Application won't finish loading - Help!

I have a BTC purchase to finish along with an open support case and now I cannot get back into Bisq. It stalls at 3/4. I’ve already deleted the old TOR files and tried rebooting several times.

Tor is under DDos attack. It’s causing all sorts of problems including yours. See [https://status.torproject.org/](https://status.torproject.org/)

mediators are well informed about the situation, so they will take into account connection issues to avoid penalizing users where users have no fault
