# Available balance disappeared (2.xxx BTC) please help

When i sent btc, it show up 12btc immediately in balance.

But during i made an offer, 2 btc disappeared.

Please help me to get my 2 btc.

Anyone know what happen to me?

First, you need not worry. Your funds are safe. The great thing about Bisq, you always control your private keys. What do you mean disappeared? Can you provide more details about your issue?

Right upper corner, there are boxes showing balance that i can use

When it moved to bisq, it showed up 12 btc

But, once i finished make 10th offer, my available balance get zero and reserved 10btc.

You can try deleting the SPV chain file in Settings to reysnc with the Bitcoin network, if that doesn’t work try cmd+e to withdraw your funds.

You can also always export your private keys with alt+j, just need to remove the wallet password first. Then you can import it back in your Bitcoin wallet and move the funds somewhere else.
