# Bisq not loading (Ubuntu)

System: 8core, 8gb RAM

| Distributor ID: | Ubuntu |
| --- | --- |
| Description: | Ubuntu 19.10 |
| Release: | 19.10 |
| Codename: | eoan |

The app freezes when starting. Not just the app but the entire system.

Tried /opt/Bisq/Bisq.

Tried installing with Snap and with APT.

Only Error in bisq.log and syslog is:

ERROR b.d.a.SystemTray: System tray is not supported.
