Download either from the in-app downloader (more secure) or from [https://bisq.network/downloads](https://bisq.network/downloads). I get constant disconnects from my peers after upgrading to 0.9.4 ---

What is your OS ? Do you have an AV running ? a firewall ? Could you look at the logfile lines, when the disconnets happen. ---
