# Bisq won't start on pop os

i’m trying to run bisq on pop os. it was running fine until a couple days ago when it said it wasn’t syncing and recommended deleting and resyncing SPV file, which i did. now it just gets stuck at “connecting to bitcoin network”.

bisq2 is working fine

how can i get bisq to work?

Maybe you had set up a custom bitcoin node which is not working properly at the moment

bisq now connects and opens, but funds i had in my wallet as well as an open offer i had (with associated deposit) are not showing. how can i get these funds back?

It should be displayed if you only removed spv file, specially once it’s synced (which can be found at the bottom center of the app).
