Yo! We need more info to help, what exactly happens?
There might be a hint in this thread:He couldn’t start Bistqaure in Windows 10, got it to work by building from source. [https://forum.bitsquare.io/t/app-doesnt-start-on-windows-10/932](https://forum.bitsquare.io/t/app-doesnt-start-on-windows-10/932)

what u mean with timeing out? at startup that you dont get the initial screen? if so check your networks connections. check if tor browser is working. if you are in a county which is hostile to tor it might be the reason.
otherwise if u never have used bitsquare before (no funds, no offers,…) u can simply delete the data directory (see [https://forum.bitsquare.io/t/switching-to-a-new-data-directory/1697](https://forum.bitsquare.io/t/switching-to-a-new-data-directory/1697)) and try again. maybe the tor onion address u got (randomly) makes issues?
