# Btc sell for money order error

When I sent the btc to the escrow account, the funds sent, but I got an error and the application quit. I was unable to confirm. There is no trade open in the portfolio, no way to chat or contact the buyer. Cannot open support ticket or find any trade to request mediation. Is there remedy to get the .07 plus deposit back? Thanks in advance.
