# Buyed 1 BTC but wrong IBAN, help

Hello,  
I buyed 1 BTC and wanted to transfer the money over SEPA.  
But I am not able to transfer it because my Bank Account say that the IBAN is wrong and can not be processed.  
I have still 6 days…  
What can I do?

ctrl + O will put you in contact with the arbiter who can resolve the problem.
