# Cannot Finalize trade

An error occurred at task: SellerSignAndFinalizePayoutTx  
Exception message: sellerMultiSigPubKey from AddressEntry must match the one from the trade data.

trade seems to be successful however i have no way to release btc to the buyer

Based only on the wording of the message, it sounds like the public key that was recorded for the sale (in the “trade data”) does not correspond to the key that you are using to release the transaction. Do you have two bisq accounts (two computers with bisq on it)? Maybe the transaction was made under one account and you are trying to finalize it with a different account???
