# Cannot remove an open offer for Dash

Hi,

I open an offer to sell Dash a few months ago. Today, I want to remove my open offer but I keep getting message “You need to wait until you are fully connected to the network. That may take up to 2 minutes at startup”. Despite waiting for a long time, I keep getting this message whenever I try to remove the offer.

I tried to close and open the Bisq app multiple times but still the same issue. Also the app’s status is “No seed nodes available”.

How can I remove my open offer and get my Dash coin back?

Dash isn’t supported anymore in Bisq, due to low activity.

You can use an emergency wallet tool by pressing cmd+e and withdraw your funds 🙂

I get the same message when trying to send the fund from emergency wallet:

“You need to wait until you are fully connected to the network. That may take up to 2 minutes at startup”.

What else can I do? ☹

You can remove your wallet password, restart Bisq and press alt+o to see your private keys.  
You can then import those into your external Dash wallet.

Hi,

I don’t see my private key but I do have 12 seed words. I used that to do a wallet recovery with Coinomi app and Electrum-Dash desktop wallet, but neither one of them works. Balance still shows 0.

What did I miss?
