# Can't "Confirm payment receipt"

…and I’m in the middle of the trade. It’s says “You need to wait until you have at least 4 connections to the Bitcoin network.” How can I realese the funds ?

Can I restart the bisq without the tor connection ? Will it not mess up the trade ?

Never mind , connections jumped to 4 and I was able to release the funds.

good to know.  
To add something for other readers: you could disable tor connection for btc nodes, but that is suboptimal for privacy, or you could refresh tor files, or you could, best of all, run your own node
