# Can't connect to bisq

Hi,  
I can’t use bisq. I installed it for the first time and ran it. It brings up the Tor Network Settings page. There are 3 options, no bridges, provided bridges, custom bridges.

Whatever option I choose the next step is shutdown. I tried all the different options and the next time I run Bisq again it brings up the same Tor Network Setting page and the same options!!

SO how am I supposed to start and run this bisq?

I tried reinstalling it and I updated my Tor nothing helps

I kept restarting it and it somehow connected. very poor installation instructions. very unclear

Hi, are you in a country where normal tor connections are restricted?
