# Can't get past "Tor networks Settings"

No matter qhich option I choose: Don’t use bridge or Connect with provided bridges, after I click Shut Down the app just turns off and when i reopen it it shows me the same window with these options… I already managed to open a wallet on different computer on this exact network, but this computer seems to have a problem.

Try restarting your computer. Maybe it will help.

Maybe it is your firewall or antivirus that is messing with it.

Might be that a tor file is locked. You can delete in the tor directory inside the data directory all files except the hiddenservice folder.
