Can't launch, invalid key type - tried all fixes

New user, trying to start latest app on Mac OS for the first time.

This is what I’ve tried:

  • Using a bridge, tried every bridge listed
  • Not using a bridge
  • Deleting outdated files etc. button
  • Saw the thread about deleting the TOR file directory. Went in the Bisq data directory and there is no Tor directory yet. I’m assuming because I’m starting for the first time.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Did you follow the instructions for MacOS here: Downloading and installing - Bisq Wiki

If so try connecting using another internet connection such as using your phone as a hotspot.

If that does not work please can you send a screenshot showing the error message / problem you are having when trying to connect.
