I have a problem with one of my trades where the transaction was canceled and chargeback. I believe there is a problem with my account and I would like to contact the trader to ask him or refund. Can anyone tell me how to contact users from past trades? ---

Have you been the BTC buyer or seller? If you suffered from the chargeback please PM me all trade information (open it with click on tradeID). A screenshot and the json data would be good. ---

I’ve PM with details, anything can be done? Actually I just want to talk to trader, I believe there is no scam intention, simply bank issues. ---
