# Client could not open

Hello, everyone! Bisq computer client can not link Tor network has been in the state of the link how to solve?

Try going to “Settings”-\>“Network info”-\>“Open Tor settings” and click on the button to delete outdated Tor files.

However keep in mind that certain places like China block connections to the Tor network, so you can also configure connecting to a bridge in Tor settings. There are many transport types that you can try and if one bridge or transport type doesn’t work, you can try another one.  
For example you can check “Connect with provided bridges” and choose meek-azure transport type.
