# Corrupted file

every time i try to start bisq this error message pops up saying an error occured when reading the SPV chain.  
it says there is a corrupted block store: could not find chain head  
it asks me if i want to delete it and start a resync  
when i select that, nothing changes.

Have you tried removing the SPV file manually?  
I think it is the one in **btc\_mainnet/wallet/bisq.spvchain** in the data directory.

That plus a double restart fixed that problem. Thank you
