# Create new account on same computer

For some reason my password doesn’t work and neither does my seed word. So I would like to find a way to create a new account on the same computer. How can I do this?

Windows?  
rename C:\Users\uncleboobs\AppData\Roaming\Bisq to C:\Users\uncleboobs\AppData\Roaming\Bisq\_anythingyouwant and restart bisq.

You can add a program argument --appName=bisq-2 then the app will create a data dir “bisq-2” and is independent of the default Bisq.
