# Default trade option is in %, not fixed price

Maybe this is a new feature, I never used a Percentage (%) value to sell/buy …

This is very confusing, specially when it seems to be the default behavior ! I don’t remember changing anything to make it that way.

Good point, as a result, the http/markets.bisq.io website is now correctly updated with my offer, I may then close the other topic about it… ! 8)

I think percentage is a much better option for the default, as most users want their offers tied to market price, not a fixed price.

It may be reasonable but I too was confused by the (new?) default and I believe it is a change from previous behavior.
