# Deposit transaction ID missing

I get these error messages when I want to confirm payment:

Trade ID: VgBF8

Offer fee transaction ID  
80e6fd9fbfe5c097ff6f11447e29c843246e60b4bfff5e2e4a9d57a32b9dd7aa

Taker fee transaction ID  
738a21e4af8b3450a99ad33817da11e3df6223630fbfb64163dbfe737eaeb874

Do u have the latest version 0.4.9.9.1? Can u send me the log file (Account/Backup, there u can open the data dir where the log file is).

Open a dispute by cmd+o (or ctrl+o). If u get a popup asking to select a deposit tx, check first in the trade details the trade fee txs on a block explorer and follow those to the 2of3 MultiSig deposit tx - use that in the selection. if not clear PM me the details…
