Trade is showing to be waiting for confirmation for several weeks, when checking at the deposit tx id - explorer shows it does not exist. Yet I have funds locked and I am wondering how to get the unlocked ?

Hi welcome to Bisq,

Several weeks sounds like the transaction probably failed. Most time confirmation happens within 10 mins. When it is busy it can take a few days. Going into weeks means the transaction has failed.

You should not have any locked funds.

I would recommend you both reaching out to support on Keybase:[Keybase](https://keybase.io/team/bisq)

A support agent will be able to help you there.

This thread I created might guide you on checking if a trade has failed and what to do next. For any doubts, go to Keybase.

How do I know if a trade is failed? By searching the maker, taker and deposit tx into a block explorer. If one of these transactions are not found (the most important being the deposit tx), the trade can’t continue and you should submit a [trading fee reimbursement](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/) if there were trading fee reimbursement (i.e…
