You send USD directly to a BTC seller if buying BTC is what you want to do. The most popular USD payment method is clearXchange. Please google to find out if your bank is art of the clearXexchange network.

For cash deposit you deposit the payment at a physical branch of the seller’s bank, into the bank account of the BTC seller.

Bisq never holds trader funds!
