# Double Holiday alert for Germany

Hello all,  
seeing that there are many German bisq traders I want to alert trading partners that Germany is having 2 consecutive holidays on Oct 31 and Nov 1 with all banks closed.  
I am writing this as I am myself waiting for a SEPA credit, and it is already 4 days since the trade concluded.  
Arbitrators should take this into account if ‘late payments’ happen to or from German bank accounts the next 2 days.

Thank you! I thought that the banks are closed only today/31.11. That is one more day than other organizations.

thank you for pointing…tomorrow is holiday only in a few german states, but i am effected. Here the complete list for Europe:  
In Österreich, Belgien, Liechtenstein, den katholisch geprägten Kantonen der Schweiz (siehe Feiertage in der Schweiz), den katholisch geprägten deutschen Bundesländern Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz und Saarland sowie in Luxemburg, Italien, Frankreich, Spanien, Portugal, Polen, Ungarn, Kroatien, Slowenien, Slowakei, Litauen
