# Error when clicking "Scan QR code"

When I click “Scan QR code”, I get the following error:

I don’t have a GitHub account, so I’m posting here.  
I’m running Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon 64bit.

Strange, it seems like the support forum would be best place to get support from the team that provides support 🙂

I’ll send Manfred a PM though, thanks for the tip.

It is, this is just more bug fixing though, since I don’t think we can do much here, devs might need to look at the code to figure this one out.
