# Error with bisq on win 7 64bit

I have installed bisq on winsows 7 64bit ultimate but it doesn’t run , who can help me here please soon

Can you post the contents of the **bisq.log** file from **C:\Documents and Settings\username\AppData\Roaming\Bisq** , please.

Last few lines should give as a clue on why Bisq is failing to run on your system.

The problem seems to be solved (by Devin) on the slack #support channel this night.  
(So probably you can even delete those numerous posts. I don’t think I can do it).
