# Fee reimbursement BSQ

I have 600-800 BSQ trade fees gone to failed trades.

Batch reimbursement #300 just took place and I didn’t get a cent of BSQ back. I did get a small amount of BTC back which I think is for some trades I paid fees in BTC for. Anybody know why I didn’t get ANY BSQ returned?

Trying to get help here: [https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/267](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues/267) but still unclear. Anyone know how to do it?

Sorry you had all those issues. See my comment in that thread for clear directions on what to do. You might be the first reimbursement case for the DAO, so there isn’t a template yet.
