# Forgot payment reason, cannot open ticket

Hi,

I forgot to put payment reason for BTC to Monero trade. BTC were transferred successfully, but trade expire and I cannot create ticket now because there is no trade in the list of open trades or history.  
Please let me know how to open the ticket, so I can confirm the trade and finish it?

funds landed to my Bisq Available balance after some time and I was able to use it to open trade.

When trade expires it should show the dispute button automatically if the trade failed.  
If it doesn’t it means it completed successfully.
