Funds missing, please help

Hello, I really need help.

I had some larger BTC cash per mail trades in the past weeks and I am missing a big sum of money.

At least 2000 Euros are missing. All trades are marked as completed.

I also have a weird issue with synchronizing the program including trades - I use bisq on 2 computers, different trades are being displayed on each computer. I also had this with a different balances despite using the same backup file. Could that be the issue? Right now the balance is 0.00 BTC on both computers, because I already transacted those 0.01695 BTC to my wallet.

Im not an expert regarding Bitcoin and Blockchain so I would really appreciate your help.

  • SPV Resync through Bisq interface on both computers, balance still 0

I would recommend you do an SPV resync to check the balance being displayed is correct.

Are these trades in you Open Trades?

Yes but both are marked as completed. These trades may have gone past the 8 days expiration because I was offline, would the funds then go back to the seller!? I marked the payment as started.

Funds arrived! Idk why it took so long, but thank god. Issue resolved, thank you for help!
