# Funds still locked after arbitration

Hi,

after a trade where a buyer disappeard my trade with the tradeID IFTQ7IHE-8a0f7720-019b-4633-9069-32cab854c191-095 was canceled. I got in contact to the arbitrator and he  
suggested to do this to unlock the funds:

I tried deleting the SPV-file but my funds still appear as locked. I don’t know how to do the second  
one. Can somebody please help me so I can unlock my funds and start trading again?

Try using cmd+e to withdraw your funds.
