# Having trouble with "faster payments"

So I’ve entered a trade buying BTC and I’ve only been sent the sort code and account number of the person I’m trading with. But all my banking apps also ask for a first and second name for the payment to be sent. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

So I’d advise you to open mediation in order to talk with the other party.
