# Help The address is not correct. Please check the address format

I have tried the addresses starting with 1, 3, bc1 but on every address I got the same warning message.

Bisq: v1.7.5  
Windows 10

Shall I try BTC emergency wallet?

Dear @Pazza thank you for trying to help me. I just wanted to say that when I try to send BTC to a wallet on the address starting with 1,3, bc1… did not work. However, then I tried another wallet and that worked 🙂  
So I can close this issue.
