# Help with recovering locked payout amount

On feb 24 I had a closed ticket as seller, and arbitrator didn’t unlocked the payout amount, which is still locked.  
IDtrade is bKGeref6-e50be3cf-53ed-47d3-9a2e-350da7fcd7bf-093 and arbitrator is s6yrrpezc3zp6biy.onion:9999  
Any help available?

The payout transaction has been published so there should not be any problems. I suspect the Bisq database is in error.
