How to send BTC to another person's BTC wallet (opened in Binance)

Hi! I open Funds → SEND FUNDS. Then enter custom amount, enter my friend’s btc wallet address (16YxjojRF7******************GiVMNA) and the click WITHDRAW SELECTED. And it throws an error: “Warning. bisq.core.btc.exceptions.AddressEntryException: Noe Addresses for withdraw found in our wallet”.

How can I send BTC to my friend?
