Sim claro. Estou a tentar compilar de forma mais organizada a informação de trocas com erros para poder passá-la os desenvolvedores. Pra isso eu gostaria que partilhasses: Trade ID: Maker fee transaction ID: Maker fee transaction ID: Deposit transaction ID: Payout transaction ID: (A maior parte dessa list deves encontrar clicando no pequeno `i` que aparece ao pé do teu Trade ID) Partilha também alguma mensagem de rro relacionada à respetivo troca. ---

Eu não preciso fazer um back up e reinstalar o Bisq? Tentei fazer isto ontem mas as moedas ainda continuam travadas no sistema. Reinstalei o Birq e elas ainda continuam travadas. ---

É estranho elas estarem bloqueadas quando não chegaram a ir para escrow. Tenta o [Resync SPV chain](https://docs.bisq.network/backup-recovery.html#resync-spv-chain). Podes também especificar para as tuas trocas com problemas se eras taker ou maker, BTC buyer or seller? [Tinhas mencionando mais trocas com problemas nesta thread](https://bisq.community/t/15-days-stuck/8520) gostaria que também providenciasses detalhes sobre elas. ---

Esse ficheiro contém informação privada e denecessária. Na aba de Open Trades devias ver um pequeno `i` ao lado do trade id e aí deve ter a informação necessária. ---

Huey, vou estar off line até amanhã a noite (GMT-3) caso não responda aqui, responderei Domingo pela manhã. Espero que com os dados que lhe passei você consiga achar uma solução, pois até aonde eu pesquisei não sei como levantar os fundos bloqueados, não existe nada parecido que tenha acontecido na plataforma com outro cliente e que eu possa copiar a correção. ---
