# I created an offer, Bisq froze and I think took my funds

I created an offer in Bisq and as I clicked create Bisq froze for like 10mins and I had to force quit Bisq.

On restart my offer isn’t showing in my open trades screen but there is a transaction that looks like my maker fee and deposit that is broadcast.

Is there any way to recover my maker fee?

I do have a screenshot of the frozen create offer screen which does have an offer ID on it, even though that offer doesn’t exist in Bisq and I have the maker fee TX id

Don’t worry, you can ask for reimburment on [GitHub](https://github.com/bisq-network/support/issues). Deposit probably didn’t leave your wallet , in case you those funds appear locked/reserved, you can try using cmd+e to open an emergency wallet tool and withdraw your funds from Bisq.
