# I want out

I put funds into bisq and now I want my money out. but I can’t figure out how to do that. I tried three times to transfer funds from bisq to my bitcoin wallet on cashapp and the money disappeared. what happened to my money and how do I get it out?

You just need to go to Funds - Send funds and make a Bitcoin transaction.

If you already have done that, you can check the details of your Bitcoin transaction at Funds - Transactions. Copy the Tx id and search it a blockchain explorer like mempool.space

Maybe it’s the third party who does not recognize you’ve sent funds there.

as an additional check, go into Funds \> Send funds, take note of the addresses containing the money, and look them up in mempool.space
