Some days ago, I had an issue with a payment, and opened a ticket, that was settled by an arbitrator. i did the payout again but seems it still did not succeed. can u send me your log file? its in the data directory. If you want to open the data directory manually can find it under those locations: Mac OSX: /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Bitsquare Linux: /home/username/.local/share/Bitsquare Windows 7,8: C:\Documents and Settings\username\AppData\Roaming\Bitsquare Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Bitsquare i did 2 times the payout once with u as publisher and once with the peer. the peer was not online so lets wait 1 day and if u still dont get the payout ping me by email. then we have to do a manual payout. but no worry no funds at risk, just a bit more work… ---
