Hi.

We are a NPO and we have 2 altcoin. One to promote proximity food and one to promote human rights.

Our coins are PROXIMA (KM0) and LIBERTUS (EHRC)

we haven’t money to pay listings.

It’s complicated to list new coins??

You don’t need to pay anything to list a coin in Bisq.  
You will need a Java developer however to make a pull request on GitHub.
