# Intalled Latest Version, But

I just installed the latest version and now on the buy or sell tables I should be able to trade but all offers are shaded and I can’t buy or sell with any one that qualifies.

Due the chargeback scams we experienced last months needed to restrict new accounts to 0.01 BTC (for the BTC buyer). We are working on further protection tools and once those are out we can lift that limitations. You can create your own “Buy BTC” offers with 0.01 BTC.

How old does an account have to be in order to not have these restrictions?

Mine was created back in December and all I see is shaded unaccessable bids and offers.
