It is important for Bisq that the chargeback risk is very low and that fees are reasonably low.  
If you have any information on this, this would be helpful to evaluate this payment method for Bisq.

We are working on creating a decentralized crypto to fiat exchange system through smart contracts.  
It will enable cross border remittances without having to interact with any central institution. I believe Bisq platform can integrate this for international payments.

This is exactly what Bisq does. It provides fiat to crypto exchange in decentralized manner.  
Are you creating a P2P network just like Bisq? How do you determine the price and validity of fiat in crypto?
