# Issue with BTC transfer

sent btc on “trade wailet adress” from external exchange. but they are not enlisted . see screenshots

If you use headlines like “Bisq is a scam” if you have technical problems don’t be surprised if the contributors helping here on a voluntary basis will ignore you.

No money was ever lost with Bisq, so be sure we can sort out your issues.

Seems your wallet is our of sync. Go to settings/network and resync the spvchain file.
