# It still says wait for payment to arrive

I purchase BTC pay with zell and seller has confirmed the payment has been received but it still says WAIT FOR PAYMENT TO ARRIVE???

There is a known bug. You can open a dispute by cmd+o, so the arbitrator can close it.
