# It took 2 days for my bank to pay the Seller

This is my firs time buying BTC on this network. I did not realize that my Chase quickpay has a $2000 daily limit. I bought over $2000 of BTC on dec9. and I sent payment to the seller but it took 2 installments one on dec 9 and the other today on dec 10. My bank has confirmed that both payments have gone out. The second payment arrived after the 24 hour trade window was over, but the seller has still not released the BTC. Should I click the arbitration button? Any advice?
