# Locating user

I completed a trade with a user named **Gustavo** I won’t give more details on it in public. The payment was reversed once I marked as payed and now I have neither my BTC nor my EUR. I still believe this user wasn’t looking to make a scam and that he would return the BTC or pay to another account if provided.

Please join keybase and communicate with devs your issue. Chargebacks are a serious problem and devs should be contacted immediately!

I’m already in contact with devs, but still don’t have any way to solve this issue.
