I had a failed trade as a seller. The buyer never paid so I was told I would be awarded 20% of the trade value on top of my returned deposit. Ok so now, 24 hours later. I have an amount in the Locked section, not as much as I was told, but no available balance at all. What is the process with that please? The mediator closed our chat so I can’t ask them. I’m new to Bisq so there’s a lot I don’t understand yet.

Also, just realised, the trade is still in the Open Trades section. I don’t understand that either. Shouldn’t it be closed after mediation?

Care to tell us what was happening that stalled the conclusion of the dispute?
