# Love bisq. can't run it on mac high sierra!

Hello. Help!

Installed it. moved it to the applications. Run it from there. Only see the icon on the deck. No trace of application.

please help. I want to get out of coinbase asap.

I just want to make sure that you checked the data directory to see if it was created and if it was, to give Manfred your log file.

This is the location of data directory in Mac **/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Bisq**

working fine for me, make sure you run all updates for both
