# My bisq is locked, It ask to open an ticket

I wanted to buy. I took an offer with ZELLE, but zelle has a daily limit . I contacted the seller and he agree to sent the money in 2 installments. I sent the first installment. AND I press Payment Started. Can you help with this ticket

EDIT: I also think I remember you posting this somewhere else in this forum to which I replied the same as in this other topic of yours, to try to open a dispute with cmd+o.
